Head of Corporate Development and Strategy

• Define and drive strategy Partner with the CFO CEO and leadership team to set Lendi Groups longterm vision and roadmap.
• Identify growth opportunities Assess market trends new business opportunities and potential M&A targets.
• Provide market insights Stay ahead of industry trends competitor movements and emerging opportunities.
• Support capital raising Play a key role in equity and debt fundraising efforts working closely with investors and financial institutions.
• Lead M&A and investments Drive acquisition strategies due diligence and of deals that accelerate our growth.
• Manage investor relations Build strong relationships with investors prepare presentations and manage ongoing shareholder engagement.
• Lead and develop a highperforming team Mentor and grow a small but impactful team 12 FTE) while influencing stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications :

Your Experience

• 8 years in corporate strategy management consulting investment banking private equity or related fields.
• Proven experience leading strategic initiatives including M&A capital raising and strategic planning.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in fintech financial services or tech industries is highly regarded.
