Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize sales data including data collection validation and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and generate sales reports analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as finance marketing and product to gather and analyze data for revenue forecasting and budgeting purposes.
  • Develop and implement sales goals and quotas aligning them with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Oversee and manage the sales technology stack including CRM sales automation and other sales tools to ensure optimal utilization and effectiveness.
  • Administer and manage the teams compensation plans including commission structures bonuses and incentives to drive desired sales behaviors and motivate the sales team.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in sales operations and implement process improvements to streamline sales processes and increase sales productivity.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes tools and systems to ensure proper utilization and adherence to sales policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to sales operations and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the sales operations strategy.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in the domain of Business Development in the IT Industry.
  • Proven experience in sales operations sales analysis or related roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Indepth understanding of sales processes technology stack and compensation plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex information to different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Deep understanding of the Tech Industry
