Requirements:
8 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in the domain of Business Development in the IT Industry.
Proven experience in sales operations sales analysis or related roles.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.
Strong analytical and datadriven mindset proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Indepth understanding of sales processes technology stack and compensation plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex information to different audiences.
