Position: Social Media Manager (Video Content Specialist)
Working Hours: Fulltime Mondays to Fridays Flexible
Salary Range: $900 $1000 per month commensurate with experience and s set

This role will involve editing and transforming existing content into engaging shorts that resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and edit videos from existing content into short captivating formats tailored for Instagram Reels TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Manage daily content uploads ensuring a consistent stream of highquality videos to engage our audience.
- Oversee and execute the posting schedule maintaining an optimal online presence to maximize audience reach and engagement.
- Monitor audience interactions and respond promptly fostering a community centered around our brand's mission and values.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and adopt new strategies to enhance content visibility and virality.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas that align with our message and advocacy goals.
- yze social media metrics to ess performance and refine strategies for increased impact.
- At least 13 years of demonstrable experience in video editing and social media management with a portfolio showcasing previous work (experience with content similar to our YouTube playlist link is a plus).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication ss and a solid understanding of social media vernacular.
- Strong organizational ss and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- A deep commitment to social change particularly in areas such as social justice democracy and minority rights.
- Politically savvy and sensitive to the organizational stance; preference for individuals who are not supporters of ideologies contrary to our mission (specifically nonsupporters of Trump).
