We are actively looking for an Office Managerto join our HR team. As the person in charge of our office environment and employee experience you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and wellfunctioning work environment that contributes to the overall productivity efficiency and happiness of the team.
What Youll Do:
- Sprinkle everyday magic into our workdays fostering a fun happy and productive workplace environment.
- Keep the office in tiptop shape clean and as organized as a wellfolded tshirt drawer.
- Plan and execute engaging internal events from creative contests to structured gatherings like teambuilding activities(both globally and locally) breakfasts lunch n learns conferences occasional celebrationsas well as our yearly company trip.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages ensuring our team has everything they need to conquer the day!
- Keep the office stocked with essentials and handle essential admin tasks ensuring a seamless flow of operations.
- Be the goto person for employee needs and the first point of contact for facility office and simpler technical issues.
- Take charge of office space projects from coordinating moves and rebuilds to managing maintenance and repairs creating an inspiring and comfortable work environment.
- Take care of our TShirt Bar managing company merchandise sent to clients and new joiners ensuring a seamless and branded experience for all recipients.
- Foster a fantastic workplace experience embracing our hybrid work approach and ensuring our office is a hub of positivity and productivity
Were looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for details.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication ss.
- Has had previous experience in an office management role or other service focused roles.
- Is a creative mind brimming with ideas for improving our workplace and open to new suggestions from our team members.
- Can tackle unforeseen challenges and tasks that arise utilizing problemsolving ss to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.
