We are looking for a proactive and motivated Lead Gen / Data yst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on handson work with a primary focus on data organization process optimization and lead generation. This role involves a blend of responsibilities that include managing spreadsheets optimizing sales processes and supporting automation efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly manage and organize large datasets using advanced spreadsheet functions such as XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP.
- Perform reconciliations between multiple lists to identify overlaps generate comparative reports and streamline prospect targeting.
- Build and maintain lead generation lists using tools like Apollo ensuring all contact information is accurate and verified through multiple sources including Google and LinkedIn.
- ist with the sales process by conducting sales followups maintaining a strong relationship with business owners through clear and concise email communication
- Contribute to the team's automation initiatives by helping to compile the bottom 75% of leads each month or quarter summarize them effectively for client review and explore ways to automate this process.
- After receiving training take over the monitoring and maintenance of automation workflows built in platforms such as Clay.
- Support other ad hoc tasks and projects including sending trustworthy followup communications and isting with various business needs.
Requirements:
- 13 years of relevant experience in data management sales lead generation or a related field.
- Exceptional s with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet software including the ability to efficiently compare and yze datasets.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and practices; experience with Apollo is a plus.
- Some exposure to or at least a keen interest in automation and the willingness to learn and take on automation tasks.
- Excellent communication ss with strong command of the English language suitable for professional interactions via email.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Candidates should be eager to learn and grow with the understanding that initial automation ss are not required but will be part of ongoing training.
