Job Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment including backhoes excavators loaders and more to complete tasks as igned.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
• Adhere to project plans and schedules to meet deadlines.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid heavy equipment operator certification.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as loaders excavators and bulldozers.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working in construction or a related field.
• Experience working on various types of construction projects.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleing of heavy equipment.
• Good communication ss and ability to work well in a team.
