Job Description
Our client leading leader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for a Quality Control Technician I based out of Indianapolis IN(1st Shift 7:30 AM 4:00 PM).
Duration: Long term contract (Possibility of further extension)
Pay Range : $20/hr on W2 DOE
Performs repetitive testing and inspection of the company s products using validated software. Performs yses finished product from other sections of manufacturing or performs investigations according to elished procedures to determine conformance to acceptance specifications for a particular chemical or physical property. Prepares instruments and apparatus according to elished procedures to support the testing activities of the unit. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Performs yses of finished products to determine conformance to accepted specifications.
- Performs product verifications to ensure products are qualified for production use
- Performs test stand preventative maintenance procedures for the purpose of ensuring proper test stand operations
- Investigational testing of production and pilot material as needed
- Performs ility testing that monitors product claims relative to product shelf life
