Senior Architect – Lead Technical Delivery for HighEnd Hotel Project Central London Studio Hybrid Working
A prestigious architectural studio renowned for delivering highend projects across the hospitality and commercial sectors is seeking a Senior Architect to join their growing team. The Role: As a Senior Architect you’ll take the lead on the technical delivery of a prestigious hotel project. You will oversee all later RIBA stages ensuring that the project is delivered with the highest quality and technical precision. Your expertise in technical detailing and package management will be crucial to the project’s success. Working alongside a supportive dynamic team you’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of later RIBA stages (46) for a highend hotel project.
- Oversee the preparation of all technical packages ensuring precision and compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants ensuring smooth project progression.
- Manage junior team members providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications and Ss:
- Minimum of 7 years of postqualification experience ideally with significant hotel or hospitality project experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering projects through the later RIBA stages.
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Strong leadership communication and client management ss.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative fastpaced studio environment.
