Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity and tokenrole our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale anticipated by January we plan to introduce salaries to supplement equity and tokens.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo:Our Layer1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.
2. GO WFO:The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

Position Role:Layer2 Blockchain Developer for Autheo Layer1 Blockchain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Layer2 Blockchain Developer to lead the design and development of a Layer2 platform for rollup blockchain deployment on the Autheo Layer1 Cosmos blockchain. This role will focus on building scalable Layer2 solutions that integrate seamlessly with Autheos Layer1 blockchain utilizing cuttingedge technologies like Cosmos SDK Tendermint (CometBFT) and Rust. As part of this dynamic team you will contribute to expanding the Autheo ecosystem by enabling rapid deployment of Layer2 solutions and rollups for various applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Layer2 Blockchain Design and Development:

   • Architect and develop the Layer2 platform for rollup and Layer2 blockchain deployment on Autheos Cosmos Layer1 blockchain.
   • Leverage Cosmos SDK Tendermint (CometBFT) and IBC (InterBlockchain Communication) protocols to ensure interoperability with the Layer1 blockchain.
   • Design and implement scalable efficient and secure Layer2 rollup solutions (Optimistic Rollups ZKRollups).

2. SDK and Development Tools:

   • Develop a Layer2 SDK to enable thirdparty developers to build rollup solutions and Layer2 networks seamlessly.
   • Provide comprehensive documentation and example projects to onboard developers onto the Layer2 platform.

3. Blockchain Features and Integration:

   • Design and deploy features such as smart contract execution environments token bridges data availability solutions and modular frameworks for Layer2 deployment.
   • Ensure Layer2 solutions maintain high throughput low latency and enhanced security.
   • Implement cryptographic proofs (e.g. ZKSNARKs fraud proofs) to enable trustless interaction between Layer2 and Layer1.

4. Interoperability and Scalability:

   • Optimize crosschain communication and data exchange between Layer1 and Layer2 solutions using IBC and custom APIs.
   • Address scalability challenges by improving transaction throughput and reducing gas costs on the Layer1 network.

5. Performance Optimization:

   • Optimize Layer2 rollup infrastructure for high availability and fault tolerance.
   • Conduct performance testing and deploy enhancements to maximize throughput and minimize latency.

6. Collaboration and Team Leadership:

   • Work closely with the Autheo Layer1 blockchain team to ensure seamless integration between Layer1 and Layer2 networks.
   • Collaborate with product managers developers and external partners to define and execute Layer2 strategies.
   • Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a robust development team.

7. Compliance and Security:

   • Implement security best practices for Layer2 solutions including transaction verification consensus mechanisms and cryptographic techniques.
   • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for blockchain development.

8. Testing and Deployment:

   • Build and maintain testnet environments for Layer2 solutions to ensure quality assurance before mainnet deployment.
   • Provide ongoing support and updates for deployed Layer2 solutions addressing bugs and implementing improvements.

Qualifications

1. Academic and Professional Background:

   • PhD in Computer Science Distributed Systems Cryptography or a related field is highly preferred.
   • Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and its underlying principles including consensus mechanisms and cryptographic techniques.

2. Blockchain Development Expertise:

   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in blockchain development with at least 2 years focused on Cosmos SDK and Layer1 blockchain solutions.
   • Proven experience in building and deploying Layer2 solutions such as rollups sidechains or state channels.

3. Programming Proficiency:

   • Proficiency in Golang for Cosmos SDK development.
   • Expertise in Rust for Layer2 smart contract and rollup execution environments.
   • Familiarity with other languages like Python JavaScript or Solidity is a plus.

4. Interoperability and Integration Skills:

   • Thorough understanding of APIs SDKs and integration methodologies for Web3 and Web2 applications.
   • Experience with InterBlockchain Communication (IBC) and crosschain interoperability protocols.

5. Technical Mastery:

   • Deep understanding of decentralized systems data structures and algorithms.
   • Familiarity with cryptographic techniques like ZKSNARKs ZKSTARKs and fraud proofs.
   • Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloudnative solutions.

6. Additional Skills (Preferred):

   • Experience with AI integration in decentralized environments.
   • Handson knowledge of Layer1 blockchain architectures.
   • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and scalability.

7. Soft Skills:

   • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
   • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a distributed team.
