Job Overview:
Looking for an expert in fund management and finance to oversee planning and operations across multiple entities. This role includes managing taxation accounts finalization and MIS as well as leading a team and building relationships with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fund Management & Planning: Develop and implement fund strategies across entities.
- Taxation: Ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
- Accounts Finalization: Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements.
- MIS: Create and maintain management information systems for reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in fund management and finance.
- Leadership ss to manage a team.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding ss with vendors (bankers lawyers CA firms trustees of AIFs).
