Head of Finance

Job Overview:

Looking for an expert in fund management and finance to oversee planning and operations across multiple entities. This role includes managing taxation accounts finalization and MIS as well as leading a team and building relationships with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund Management & Planning: Develop and implement fund strategies across entities.

• Taxation: Ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.

• Accounts Finalization: Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements.

• MIS: Create and maintain management information systems for reporting.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in fund management and finance.
• Leadership ss to manage a team.
• Excellent relationshipbuilding ss with vendors (bankers lawyers CA firms trustees of AIFs).
