This is a remote position.

Role Name: Offshore Operations Manager

Schedule:

  • Fulltime AWST 7am3pm MonSaturday Break at 1pm for one hour unpaid 15 minute break at 10am paid

Job Description

As an Offshore Operations Manager you ll be the linchpin of a fastpaced cleaning business orchestrating crucial aspects from staff scheduling to team development. Responsibilities

  • Craft and manage staff rosters using advanced scheduling software
  • Develop and update engaging training modules for cleaning professionals
  • Adapt schedules in realtime based on client communications
  • Spearhead staff recruitment efforts through platforms like Indeed
  • Meticulously track staff work hours and maintain precise records
  • Create and optimize spreadsheets for various business operations
  • Collaborate on budgeting and financial tracking initiatives
  • Provide leadership and support to the cleaning team addressing queries and concerns
  • Facilitate interdepartmental coordination for smooth operations
  • Manage timeoff requests and implement schedule adjustments


Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel Google Sheets)
  • Proven experience with scheduling systems and time management tools
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and hiring processes
  • Outstanding communication ss for effective team coordination
  • Sharp problemsolving abilities to navigate unexpected challenges
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment
  • Confidence in decisionmaking and ability to work independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
  • Fluent English communication ss (written and verbal)
