Job Description
We are seeking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a global shared service center. You will be responsible for financial reporting budgeting compliance and supporting the strategic financial planning of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare accurate financial reports (monthly quarterly annual).
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Monitor expenses and recommend costsaving strategies.
- Support audits and implement internal financial controls.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- With 10 years of minimum experience in Finance preferably in international shared services or outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership ss.
- Willing to work onsite in Sta Rosa
