We are seeking a dedicated Finance Admin Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant for Finance provides vital support to the finance department by managing administrative tasks maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with daytoday operations. This role ensures smooth financial workflows by coordinating schedules preparing reports and handling sensitive financial data. The ideal candidate is highly organized detailoriented and proficient in financial tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize financial records files and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports budgets and statements as requested by the finance team.
- Manage schedules appointments and calendars for finance managers and team members.
- Process invoices expense reports and other financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate financial operations.
- Monitor and manage office supplies equipment and resources related to the finance department.
- Support audits by gathering and organizing necessary documents and records.
- Handle confidential financial information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and financial tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role preferably in a financerelated environment.
- Experience with financial documentation and office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software spreadsheets and office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with financial management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification in bookkeeping accounting or related areas.
- Proven ability to handle complex administrative tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Pay: $600 $700 $75 Allowance per month
