Job Description
As a Recruitment Account Manager you will serve as the primary contact for key client accounts ensuring client satisfaction by understanding and addressing hiring needs aligning recruitment strategies with client expectations and fostering strong lasting relationships to deliver seamless talent solutions and drive successful recruitment outcomes in a global setting.

Your Daily Tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring strong collaborative partnerships.
- Build and maintain trust by understanding client needs expectations and business goals.
- Address client inquiries concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to define job requisitions clarify hiring requirements and prioritize roles.
- Monitor job opening progress and ensure recruiters are aligned with client priorities.
- Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress candidate pipeline status and market challenges.
- Collaborate with the operations team to anticipate potential issues (e.g. candidate availability salary mismatches) and proactively develop solutions.
- Manage client escalations ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Prepare and present tailored reports highlighting key metrics (e.g. timetofill fill rates candidate quality).
- Use data to showcase recruitment success and identify areas for service improvement.
- Act as the client s voice within the organization to align internal efforts with client priorities.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion by offering additional recruitment services.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in endtoend recruitment for diverse roles.
- 23 years of experience in client relationship management with a focus on understanding client needs delivering results and fostering trust.
- 12 years of experience in leading or working closely with recruitment teams to ensure high performance and successful delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage client expectations present reports and liaise with internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address recruitment challenges and client issues effectively.
- Proven negotiation skills in managing client expectations regarding salary benefits and recruitment timelines.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple client accounts and job requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics to drive decisions process improvements and client communications.
- A customercentric mindset with a strong focus on delivering excellent client service and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
