JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
Recruitment and onboarding of candidates
Utilize various platforms to advertise job openings and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates via telephone utilizing predefined questions to
assess qualifications and fit for the position.
Coordinate and conduct team interviews facilitating discussions based on a set of
predetermined questions to evaluate candidates skills and suitability for the role.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies by accurately
documenting and maintaining candidate documentation. Monitor candidate files and
maintain records in a spreadsheet to track compliance status.
Proactively follow up with candidates to collect outstanding documentation necessary
for onboarding. Maintain organized records of all candidate communications and
documentation.
Work closely with account managers to understand staffing needs and target
recruitment efforts in specific areas and for particular role types.
Assist Account Managers in filling client shift requirements efficiently to ensure high
placement success rates and team target achievement
Record all candidate interactions interview notes and updates in the CRM system (Job
Adder) to maintain accurate and uptodate records.
Qualifications as a Recruitment Consultant:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
preferred.
Proven experience in recruitment onboarding or related HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
