Role: Consultant MS Security

What you ll do:
- Role model our values of personal growth customer passion taking care of others & owning the end result
- You will work closely with our presales architects and sales teams to meet with customers develop a deep understanding of their objectives and spot new opportunities when possible.
- You will have the opportunity to work in a highly visible customerfacing role.
- You will have the opportunity to put your workplace and cloud expertise to work supporting a detailed actionable Statement of Work alongside our architects and project managers.
- You will do this by staying on top of new trends technology updates and the minutiae of core cloud and workplace technologies.
- You will also continually finetune your delivery adoption and problemsolving skills along the way
Requirements
- 4 years of implementation consulting experience delivering engagements within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
- A curious mindset willing to ask the right questions to provide customers with the best possible solution
- A problem solver with the capability to uncover & address the root cause of an issue
- A highly organized & proactive work ethic that puts responsiveness to customers first.
- Passion for building strong trustbased relationships with customers and dedication to driving great CX
- Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem focused primarily on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Cloud
- Working knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory with integrations into MultiFactor Authentication engines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Sentinel utilizing Azure Sentinel for logging and auditing automating workflows and incident responses with Logic Apps creating remediation recommendations integrating Threat Intelligence feeds and thoroughly documenting all processes.
Demonstrated 10+ years of experience in project and/or program management of IT infrastructure and/or networking projects Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiar with ITIL processes, policies, and procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to mentor and/or guide other members of the PMO team Ability to advise on best practices for continuous improvement of project execution and management Ability to produce high quality documentation Strong attention to detail Process-oriented Familiar with Microsoft 365 Applications Flexible approach to working hours PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded though not compulsory ServiceNow platform experience is highly regarded though not compulsory
