Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope:
- 20 hours per week flexible hours during clients business hours (Dallas TX Time)
- Remote work with flexibility in scheduling
- Focus on B2C (Business to Consumer) interactions
- Primarily cold calling and administrative tasks related to lead management
- Handling both salesoriented and administrative responsibilities
- Working closely with the loan originator to support their sales efforts
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided lead lists
- Update and maintain the Lenderd CRM system with call outcomes and new lead information
- Schedule appointments for the loan originator to follow up with warm leads
- Monitor and respond to incoming client messages (texts voicemails) in a timely manner
- Manage trip campaigns and ensure consistent client contact through the CRM system
- Input new leads into the CRM and keep all client information uptodate
- ist with calendar management and organizing the loan originator s schedule
- Handle minor administrative tasks to support the loan origination process
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss
- Proficiency in using CRM systems preferably experience with Lenderd
- Strong organizational ss and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of the mortgage or financial services industry (preferred)
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling client inquiries
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and office software
