6)Strategic Partnership Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
7)Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the longterm growth and success of the organization
8)Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key channel partners distributors and other stakeholders
9)Act as a trusted advisor to partners providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration.
10)Lead the expansion of the channel network by identifying and onboarding new partners that complement the companys market positioning.
11)Evaluate potential partners based on their capacity capabilities and strategic fit.
12)Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners
13)Set ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with partners to achieve and exceed them.

Requirements
1) Candidate should be preferably from the AV industry
2)Bachelors or Masters degree in business marketing or a related field.
3)15 years of experience in channel management partner development or a related role.
4)Proven leadership ss with a track record of building and managing successful channel teams.
5)Strong negotiation strategic planning and problemsolving ss.
6)Indepth knowledge of the Qatar market and business landscape.
7)Excellent communication and presentation ss.
