Job Description
Our client is a diversified holding company with a strong presence in the Manufacturing FMCG and Agriculture sectors. They operate across these industries demonstrating their commitment to excellence and innovation in diverse markets. Due to expansion they are in need of a CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER.
LOCATION: Lagos
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and manage monthly quarterly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads and the Head of Finance.
- Provide actionable financial insights and ysis to support strategic decisionmaking by senior leadership.
- Identify gaps in current financial processes and elish more effective and scalable procedures.
- yze costs pricing variable contributions sales results and the company s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Monitor key financial metrics and trends ensuring the business stays on track to meet growth targets.
- Oversee all daytoday finance functions including accounts payable accounts receivable cash flow management and payroll.
- Oversee audits and manage relationships with external auditors and financial partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc in Accounting Finance or any related field.( Professional qualifications are an added advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of marketing finance
- Strong ytical and financial modelling ss.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial software.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

Education
