Position Overview:

As an ociate Innovation yst you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of innovative strategies and solutions within our organization. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify emerging trends yze market data and contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing our competitive edge.    • Utilize quantitative and qualitative ods to yze data and generate reports on innovation performance and outcomes.
   • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

5. Innovation Strategy Support:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Innovation Management or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on innovation market research or strategy.
• Strong ytical ss with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation ss with the ability to convey information effectively to various audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and familiarity with data ysis tools.
• Creative problemsolving ss and a pion for driving innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with innovation management tools and odologies.
• Knowledge of industryspecific trends and technologies relevant to our organization.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
