Job Summary:
As an ociate Digital Transformation yst you will support the development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to yze business processes identify opportunities for digital improvements and contribute to the successful of digital projects. Your insights and recommendations will help drive operational efficiency and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process ysis & Improvement: ist in evaluating existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for digital improvement and automation. Conduct data ysis to support decisionmaking and process enhancements.
Project Support: Support the planning and monitoring of digital transformation projects. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within scope time and budget constraints.
Technology Evaluation: ist in the essment and selection of digital tools and technologies. Research industry trends and best practices to recommend solutions that align with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departments to gather requirements understand business needs and translate them into actionable digital strategies. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback.
Doentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed doentation of project requirements processes and outcomes. Create and present regular reports on project status performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Training & Support: Provide support for endusers during the implementation of new digital solutions. ist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: 13 years of experience in a similar role ideally within a digital transformation or IT consulting environment. Experience with data ysis project management and digital tools is a plus.
Ss: Strong ytical and problemsolving ss with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word). Basic knowledge of digital transformation concepts and technologies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and odologies in a fastpaced environment.
