Job Summary: As a ociate Product yst you will play a crucial role in yzing financial products evaluating market trends and providing insights to drive product development and strategic decisions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ess product performance identify opportunities for improvement and support the launch of new financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- yze financial products and services to ess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Develop financial models to evaluate the profitability and risk ociated with various products.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with product development teams to design and refine financial products.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize product offerings.
- Support the implementation of new products by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- ist in the creation of marketing materials and product doentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. CFA CFP) is a plus.
- 25 years of experience in financial ysis product management or a related field.
- Strong ytical ss with the ability to develop and interpret complex financial models.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools including Excel SQL and financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication ss with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving ss.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
