This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

We re excited to welcome a Visual Designer/AI Artist to our team! In this role you ll have the chance to combine your artistic vision with the latest AI technologies to create stunning designs and visuals. You ll be involved in brainstorming designing and bringing projects to life across different platforms using AIdriven tools. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Art Direction:

Create highquality visuals illustrations and graphics across digital web platforms.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop visual concepts and execute designs for marketing branding and product development.

AIDriven Design:

Utilise AIbased design tools (e.g. DALL.

E MidJourney Stable Diffusion Runway ML DeepArt Adobe Sensei etc.) to generate concepts enhance design workflows and produce art.

Explore and implement emerging AI technologies to create experimental boundarypushing visuals.

Conceptualisation & Storytelling:

Generate creative concepts that integrate brand messaging user experience and visual storytelling.

Develop mood boards mockups prototypes and wireframes that align with project objectives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers animators developers and copywriters to bring innovative designs to life.

Present concepts and designs to stakeholders articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.

Iteration & Refinement:

Use AI to iterate and refine creative ideas quickly.

Take feedback and adjust designs accordingly to meet project goals and deadlines.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

Design Expertise:

Portfolio showcasing your visual design skills including typography colour theory layout and composition.

Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects etc.) Figma and similar.

AI Tools & Techniques:

Experience with AIpowered design tools (e.g. DALL.

E MidJourney Stable Diffusion Runway ML DeepArt Adobe Sensei Adobe Firefly Magnific or similar) and understanding how to leverage them for visual creation.

Familiarity with AI design trends machine learning models and neural networks is a plus.

Creativity & Innovation:

Ability to push creative boundaries and explore new visual languages through AI technology.

Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to merge artistic sensibility with AIdriven techniques.

Attention to Detail:

High level of attention to detail and dedication to delivering polished professional work.

Collaboration & Communication:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Experience working in crossfunctional teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

25 years of experience in visual design digital art or a related creative field.

A background in fine arts graphic design digital media or a related discipline.

Familiarity with 3D design motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.

Passion for AI machine learning and staying updated on industry trends.
