Job Description
Objective: To streamline operations and improve financial performance by integrating and analyzing data across our various operational platforms.
Key Needs:
Data Integration: We require a skilled developer to:
- Develop a system to automatically pull GPS data from Verizon and Samsara platforms.
- Integrate this GPS data with our existing payroll and limo scheduling system (Limo Anywhere).
- Ensure a seamless flow of data between our payroll system (currently manual transitioning to Stratus Time) and the integrated platforms.
Platforms:
- Payroll: Currently manual transitioning to Stratus Time.
- GPS: Verizon and Samsara.
- Limo Scheduling: Limo Anywhere.
- Reporting: Initially using Google Sheets open to exploring APIbased solutions like Zapier for seamless integration.
Expected Outcomes:
- Increased data accuracy reducing errors and inconsistencies.
- Reduced manual effort freeing up staff time for more strategic tasks.
- Improved financial decisionmaking based on realtime data analysis.
- Enhanced operational efficiency through better route optimization and resource allocation.
Timeline: This project is a high priority as we aim to see tangible results before the upcoming school season begins.
