FUNCTION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Seek out and identify sales opportunities related to new and existing projects.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers contractors Agricultural Agencies and Organizations and other relevant.
Understand and analyze customer requirements and needs related to the project.
Suggest appropriate solutions based on customer needs and the companys capabilities
Draft and present sales proposals and quotations to customers.
Create detailed quotations for products or services related to the project.
Monitor the sales process from initial request through contract signing and delivery
Negotiate follow conlusion and manage contracts with customers.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers related to the project.
Offer technical support and necessary information to help customers understand products or services.
Collaborate with supplychain/technical departments to ensure project requirements are met.
Work with other departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
Track project progress to ensure sales objectives are being met
Assess project outcomes and relevant metrics to improve future sales activities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance project status and any issues to upper management.
Update on market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Report for market demand and competitors activites.
