Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and executing a monthly content calendar producing engaging content for TikTok Instagram and YouTube and driving thought leadership for our brand. You ll collaborate closely with the CEO and team to gather insights proactively research competitors and curate content that aligns with our brand s voice and style.
Core Tasks:
- Manage the monthly creation and of a content calendar from ideation to post
- Produce consistent engaging content for TikTok Instagram and YouTube
- Create content aligned with the team and brand s style and voice
- Curate content that helps develop thought leadership
- Proactively research competitors /top industry voices to catalog ideas for future content
- Collaborate with the CEO and team to gather insights for content topics
- Develop rolerelated SOPs and perform other marketingrelated tasks as needed
Requirements
MustHave:
- 3 years of content creation and social media management
- Strong understanding of TikTok Insta and YouTube as engagement platforms
- Experience creating and managing newsletters
- Ability to create valuedriven content beyond AIgenerated text
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite
- Strong content creation skills with a portfolio showcasing engaging and diverse content
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media trends and best practices
- Ability to work EST
Nice to Have:
- Video editing experience in professional tools like Adobe
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Background in or writing about web3
Must Haves: Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager of a creative / graphic design team, preferably in e-commerce or retail Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Strong written communication skills Understanding of e-commerce and Amazon platform dynamics Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its functionalities Experience in managing people, and demonstrating effective leadership in a creative context Proficient in managing design schedules, ensuring timely delivery of assets Ability to think creatively and strategically to produce innovative and effective content Ability to adapt to changes in Amazon algorithms and policies Ability to work EST
