Job Description

Sales Activities

  • Travel within a designated territory to meet with potential and existing clients.

  • Conduct cold calls and arrange appointments with healthcare professionals including doctors pharmacists and hospital staff.

  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to inform and persuade clients about the benefits of products.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical staff to foster trust and loyalty.

    • Provide ongoing support to clients by answering queries and offering product information.

  • Market Analysis:

    • Research market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.

    • Gather feedback from clients to relay insights back to the company for product development.

  • Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and inventory levels.

    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance against targets.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and share market insights.

    • Participate in training sessions and company meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

  • Territory Management:

    Ability to manage a designated territory and prioritize accounts effectively
    Excellent knowledge of Lagos routes
    Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure effective coverage of assigned territory
    Ability to schedule and attend clinical meetings conferences etc


    Sales Performance:
    Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
    Develop and maintain a strong customer base through effective relationshipbuilding and account management
    Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory
    Achieve territory growth targets through strategic planning and



Requirements

Bachelors degree in a biological life sciences pharmaceutical or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales pharmaceutical sales. experience in skincare or dermatology industry is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Access)
Strong understanding of skincare products and their applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relationship with healthcare professionals including dermatologists plastic surgeons and other key decisionmakers
Strong presentation and demonstration skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Familiarity with industry regulations
Understanding of the skincare industry including trends competitors and market dynamics
A valid drivers license is required due to travel requirements.


Benefits

Salary: N250000 N300000 Commission
