Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that will drive business decisions
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and requirements
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Create and maintain project plans timelines and budgets
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate the rollout of new systems
• Provide training and support to end users
• Identify and address issues and risks
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in business analysis
• Support the development of product and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze market data and customer trends
• Assist in the preparation of business cases and financial justification for IT initiatives
• Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Experience in data analysis and visualization
• Proficiency in project management and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced startup environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems is an advantage
