Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide aftersales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and promote the companys products.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration human resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of handson sales experience in crane products.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales lifecycle.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving capabilities and an aptitude for team leadership.
