Job Description
The Sitting Elephant our renowned restaurant in Rishikesh is looking for an experienced and creative member to join our kitchen team. As a member of our team you will be responsible for developing and executing menu offerings ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation managing kitchen staff and operations and upholding hygiene and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary excellence expertise in vegetarian cuisine and the ability to innovate with local and seasonal ingredients.
Requirements
Prepare and cook Indian & Tandoor dishes.
Strong knowledge of vegetarian cuisine.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
