This is a fulltime onsite role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for fulllife cycle recruiting including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates. You will also be involved in employer branding and will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 23 years of tech & nontech hiring experience: Were looking for someone with a proven track record of success in recruiting technical talent.
- Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening and interviewing: This role requires a strong understanding of the entire recruitment process from identifying qualified candidates to conducting effective interviews.
- Strong learning agility and a willingness to adapt: Were looking for someone who is a fast learner and thrives in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable taking on new challenges and learning new skills quickly.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and techniques: This role requires a solid understanding of how to build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Youll thrive in this role if you can build rapport with candidates colleagues and external stakeholders through excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships: Developing and nurturing relationships with potential hires and external partners is key to success in this role.
