What Youll Do:
- Mastermind the logistics lifecycle for both air and ocean shipments ensuring seamless .
- Craft oversee and streamline shipping documentation bookings schedules and customs clearance.
- Be the goto problem solver for customer inquiries fostering strong relationships with international partners.
- Lead monthly financial settlements with precision including billing and profit/loss reporting.
- Enhance our logistics performance by maintaining and elevating KPIs.
What We Need From You:
- A passion for customer service and outstanding communication skills.
- A blend of independence and teamwork coupled with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Korean bilingual
- 1 or more years of experience in international logistics operations
