We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle sourcing candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities:- Conduct fullcycle recruitment including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including social media job boards and networking events.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a contract or temporary role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Competitive salary: $30 $50 per hour commensurate with experience.
