Job Description
Location: 125 Colfax Street Springdale PA USA 15144
Type: 1 year contract on W2
Shift Timing: MF 7:30am4pm
Job Overview:

Provides support for technical issues

Identifies researches and resolves routine technical problems of low complexity

Producing liquid samples by following a formulation recipe in the blending of paint samples (typical sample sizes: pint to 1 quart; occasionally 5 gallon pails for internal and external equipment trials)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Application and preparation of coated wood vinyl or fiberglass samples by following application process sequence as directed

Physical property testing of coated samples including adhesion abrasion resistance stain/chemical resistance scratch resistance gloss retention etc.

Color matching on wood substrates using stains and/or with opaque systems
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma
-
Two years of college level math and science or equivalent experience desirable but not required
