We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and drive the development and optimization of postorder processing workflows. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle collaborating crossfunctionally with teams to enhance the customer experience after an order is placed and ensuring the seamless delivery of products. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ecommerce logistics and postorder operations including order management systems returns exchanges and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision strategy and roadmap for postorder processing ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- PostOrder Optimization: Lead the development of solutions to improve order tracking fulfillment returns exchanges and customer service processes.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design operations customer support and other teams to implement product improvements.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Use data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for process automation efficiency improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing updates on product milestones and progress.
- UserCentric Approach: Ensure the postorder experience is seamless and userfriendly by consistently gathering feedback and iterating on product features.
- Market & Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and new technologies that impact postorder processing.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on postorder processing ecommerce or logistics.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of order management systems (OMS) warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment operations.
- Data Analytics: Experience in leveraging data and metrics to drive product decisions and optimizations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into userfriendly experiences.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with automation technologies in postorder processing.
- Experience in working with thirdparty logistics (3PL) partners.
- Understanding of returns and reverse logistics workflows.
