This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to cultivate longterm partnerships.
- Understand client goals and align them with our solutions to ensure their success.
- Travel to client locations as part of relationship building.
2. Growth Strategy & Consulting:
- Analyze client usage and recommend strategies to enhance value and drive product adoption.
- Identify new use cases to help clients maximize their return on investment (ROI).
3. Customer Success Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features and services.
- Regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with client goals.
4. Upselling & CrossSelling:
- Identify and execute upsell and crosssell opportunities by aligning relevant features and offerings with customer objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to support contract renewals and expansion initiatives.
5. DataDriven Insights:
- Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers.
- Monitor and report key metrics including product adoption engagement and churn risk to make datadriven recommendations.
6. Customer Training & Enablement:
- Deliver training and resources to ensure clients fully understand and utilize the product.
- Create customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate value realization.
7. Issue Resolution & Support:
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of any technical or business issues.
- Maintain ownership of escalated issues until successfully resolved.
8. Customer Feedback Loop:
- Serve as the voice of the customer providing feedback to product teams for improvements and new feature development based on client input.
Role Requirements:
- Strong firstprinciples thinker.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Sales or related fields (Master s degree is a plus).
- 3 years of experience in customer success account management or consulting within the supply chain SaaS or tech industries.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships especially in the logistics/supply chain sector.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
