Job Description:
Our cilent is seeking and seasoned Sales Executive/Business Developer with 7 years of staffing experience to join their fully remote national sales team. If you are in search of a niche in the staffing industry that brings innovation to the way you deliver staffing services this role is ideal for you. You will be prospecting and closing new business opportunities building customer relationships and growing market share across the US. The primary focus will be on new client acquisition especially expanding Managed Services (MSP) for Direct Hire Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and midmarket companies.
- Manage the sales process from outreach to client onboarding.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decisionmaking at various levels.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers.
- Attend industry events to enhance network and business development.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the US.
- Be able to work Eastern Time Hours.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to acquire new clients in Professional Staffing or Managed Services.
- 7 years of experience selling Professional Staffing (IT F&A Engineering) to MidMarket and Enterprise Level customers.
- 35 years of experience selling Managed Services (RPO MSP VMS).
- Wellconnected within the Talent Ecosystem community (TA Procurement MSP CW Program leaders).
- Strong established relationships with decisionmakers in Tech Finance and Engineering.
- Excellent customer service interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor s degree required.
- Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 23 times per year.
- Techsavvy with proficiency in tools like Zoom Dynamics CRM and MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
