Job Description
Zscaler plus SDWAN
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Kolkata
Word Mode: Hybrid (work from home client location)
Shift: 24*7
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Deploying and configuring Zscaler components according to security policies. And implementing SDWAN.
- Managing security policies for web filtering threat prevention and user authentication.
- Monitoring the Zscaler platform for security incidents and performance issues.
- Providing troubleshooting and support for Zscalerrelated issues.
- Implementing changes to the Zscaler platform following change management processes.
- Maintaining documentation and generating reports on system performance and security events.
- Conducting training sessions to promote proper utilization of the Zscaler platform.
Network infrastructure: Ensuring that SDWAN networks are configured installed tested and operational
- Troubleshooting: Optimizing existing networks to improve performance
- Have a thorough understanding of extensive troubleshooting for WAN network over SDWAN topology both underlay and overlay with packet capture.
- Handson experience on the upgradation of Edge and controllers
- Able to troubleshoot SDWAN routing and application policies
- Working experience over production network on below areas Application Path and QoS Policy Integrating Prisma SDWAN and Prisma Access for SASE Implementation
- Handson experience on Cisco and Versa SDWAN technology and devices.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience and expertise in implementing and managing Zscalers cloud security platform.
- Experience with following Zscaler technologies:
- Zscaler Endpoint component (ZCC & PAC file)
- Zscaler Authentication Bridge (ZAB)
- Zscaler policy management
- Zscaler agent level issue resolutions
- Zscaler SASE (Advance Firewall Sandboxing)
- Zscaler PAC file configuration
- Zscaler ZPA and App Connectors
- Zscaler ZDX is a plus.
- Indepth knowledge of network security concepts protocols and technologies cloud computing network infrastructure and routing protocols.
- Proficient in designing and deploying complex security architectures.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified ZIA/ZPA Administrator or Zscaler Certified Cloud Expert (ZCCX) are preferred.
- Knowledge of LAN technology and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of WAN technology and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of traditional firewall technology and troubleshooting skills.
