Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Design and Planning: Create detailed designs and plans for MEP systems including HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) electrical power distribution and plumbing systems.
- 2. Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems ensuring they meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- 3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
- 4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are integrated with other building systems.
- 5. Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and manage budgets for MEP projects.
Skills:
- 1. Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD Revit and ETABS.
- 2. Strong understanding of building codes regulations and industry standards.
- 3. Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills.
