The right candidate will play a crucial role in hiring top talent particularly for field sales roles to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding with a focus on hiring field sales professionals for health tech and/or pharmarelated roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards social media referrals and networking events with a focus on experienced sales professionals in the health tech/pharma sector.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone/video screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit for the company and the role.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs define job requirements and ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
- Offer Management: Lead negotiations with selected candidates prepare job offers and handle all preboarding activities.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting Fledged Health as an employer of choice in the health tech/pharma industry.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and streamlined hiring processes.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics such as timetohire and source of hire and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Field Sales Focus: Leverage previous experience in hiring field sales personnel to identify assess and attract highperforming candidates who can drive business growth in a competitive market.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 24 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of hiring for field sales roles preferably in the health tech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sales landscape in health tech/pharma with insights into the skills experiences and competencies that lead to success in field sales roles.
- Recruitment Expertise: Experience in sourcing screening and recruiting for highvolume fastpaced sales environments.
- ATS Proficiency: Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data to improve recruitment processes and make informed hiring decisions.
- Cultural Fit: Passionate about the healthcare sector and excited to contribute to a missiondriven company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health Tech/Pharma Experience: Prior experience hiring salespeople for health tech or pharmaceutical companies is strongly preferred.
- Sales Hiring Focus: Demonstrated success in recruiting highperforming sales professionals who thrive in fieldbased clientfacing roles.
- Networking Skills: Established network of sales professionals in the health tech/pharma space.
