Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Domain Networker and CRS Specialist to join our team for a remote role supporting DELL s technical operations. This role is focused on providing expertise in Data Domain and Networker solutions along with remote support for CRS (Cloud Recovery Services Or Cyber Recovery Solution) with assistance from a CRS expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Domain Management: Oversee data backup deduplication and recovery processes using Data Domain solutions. Monitor and maintain performance metrics to ensure efficiency.
- Networker Administration: Configure manage and troubleshoot EMC Networker solutions to ensure seamless data protection and recovery workflows.
- CRS Remote Support: Collaborate with CRS experts to provide remote support for cloud recovery services ensuring prompt and effective troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Customer Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for the DELL customer providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication on issue resolution and project progress.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of activities configurations and procedures for future reference and audit purposes.
Key Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Indepth knowledge and handson experience with Data Domain EMC Networker and cloud recovery services.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues along with effective problemresolution strategies.
- Remote Coordination: Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting with both customers and remote CRS experts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of experience with Data Domain Networker and CRS solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for clear interaction with the customer and team.
