Job Description
Experience: 6 to 8Years
Location : Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Perform indepth research to identify and prioritize potential customer segments based on business goals and market trends.
- Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to guide outreach strategies.
- Plan implement and optimize multichannel campaigns (email social media digital ads) to generate highquality leads.
- Nurture and engage leads until they meet specific criteria to be handed over to the sales team.
- Ensure clean organized lead data for smooth handoff to sales and followup actions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to align on lead quality messaging and goals for better conversion outcomes.
- Ensure content aligns with target audience needs and supports lead nurturing.
- Track and report on key lead generation metrics such as conversion rates cost per lead and campaign ROI.
