Job Description
Role: Training Lead ( US mortgage domain)
Location: Mumbai
Level – SDM
Experience: 16– 25 Years
Notice : Immediate – 30 days
Must have experience in :
- Training Needs Assessment
- Curriculum Development
- Training Delivery
- Performance Evaluation
- Stakeholder Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in education.
- Proven experience in training and development with a focus on the US mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products processes and regulations.
- Excellent facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and authoring tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in any shift
