Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • 24x7









  • Willingness to work in shifts to provide 24x7 customer support
  • Research resolve and respond in a timely manner
  • Maintain uptodate product information for all released software configurations.
  • Demonstrate excellent professionalism and communication skills.
  • With a continuous improvement mindset good is never good enough and the desire to raise the bar is the reason to work every day
  • Able to make sound decisions by exercising appropriate judgment in various scenarios depending on employee interactions business results and troubleshooting to deliver results with integrity
  • Demonstrate ability to manage and prioritize multitasks while utilizing time management and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking to support accurate evaluation of interactions problem solving and whether they can be collaborated within a quality framework and aligned with our values

Required Skills:
  • 10 years of experience for technical leads and 5 years for technical assistance
  • Excellent customer service skills via voice/email chat
  • Ability to use any of the Office365 products (MS Teams Exchange SharePoint OneDrive AD Power Platform Viva etc.) at an administrative level.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory Exchange Email Migration Hybrid Migration Office365 application troubleshooting PowerShell scripts and general Office365 technical support
Welcome Skills:
  • Experience in MSrelated support projects Concierge or Premier preferred
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Japanese and English
