Job Description
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and maintaining system artifacts and documentation including business requirements user and functional requirements project process documentation quality assurance plans and contingency operation reports.
- Experience in creating and documenting use cases process models workflows screen mockups report mockups and technical documents with a strong emphasis on detail.
- Experience in quality assurance including:
- Developing test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Executing functional and system tests including regression tests using both manual and automated testing tools and recording results in HP ALM/Quality Center (or a similar tool).
- Identifying documenting and tracking application defects to resolution including retesting as necessary.
- Recognizing and documenting deficiencies in system documentation (e.g. missing or ambiguous requirements) identified during testing.
- Ensuring comprehensive test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.
- Experience in validating requirements and executing test cases specifically for web services utilizing testing tools such as Postman SoapUI or similar alternatives.
