Job Title: Certified Business Analyst (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements processes and workflows translating them into clear actionable specifications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including stakeholders developers and project managers to ensure alignment on business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement or system enhancement.
• Develop and maintain business cases functional specifications use cases and other documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather detailed business and functional requirements.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
• Create data models process flow diagrams and other tools to support analysis and design.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Provide postimplementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis or related field.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMIPBA or similar business analysis certification is required.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies tools and best practices (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with business process modeling data analysis and requirements elicitation techniques.
• Experience with tools like MS Visio Jira Confluence and other business analysis software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
