Job Description
Job Title: Certified Business Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements processes and workflows translating them into clear actionable specifications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including stakeholders developers and project managers to ensure alignment on business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement or system enhancement.
- Develop and maintain business cases functional specifications use cases and other documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather detailed business and functional requirements.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
- Create data models process flow diagrams and other tools to support analysis and design.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Provide postimplementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in business analysis or related field.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMIPBA or similar business analysis certification is required.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies tools and best practices (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with business process modeling data analysis and requirements elicitation techniques.
- Experience with tools like MS Visio Jira Confluence and other business analysis software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
