Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Location: Palo Alto CA (Onsite 2x per week)
Experience: 10 years in Operational Technology (OT) space
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in the Operational Technology (OT) space and a strong background in infrastructure applications. This role requires a deep understanding of how field devices communicate with applications and expertise in various management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business systems and processes within the OT space.
- Ensure seamless communication between field devices and applications.
- Manage and improve infrastructure applications.
- Oversee access management video management temperature tracking space planning and video surveillance systems.
- Implement and maintain Building Management Systems with a focus on security.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure system integration and efficiency.
- Incident response
- Provide onsite support in Palo Alto twice a week.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in the Operational Technology (OT) space.
- Proven experience with infrastructure applications.
- Strong understanding of field device communication with applications.
- Expertise in access management video management temperature tracking space planning and video surveillance.
- Experience with Building Management Systems specifically in security space.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
