Kinaxis Solution Lead

Supply Chain and Operations houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning procurement product design manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

You are:

A Supply Chain Planning Technical Lead/Solution Architect that will help develop and grow our SC&O Planning business for platforms like Kinaxis.

The Work:

Supply Chain and Operations Connected Solutions professionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning solutions that improve cost efficiency increase business effectiveness and create synergies and collaboration within an organization as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. Supply Chain Planning leaders shape integrated planning and solutions that drive business growth while increasing supply chain resiliency.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

• Design new business capabilities based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings.

• Shape clients planning transformation and technology vision focus areas and journey from the current state to a tobe enterprise architecture.
  
• Provide pointofview on supply chain solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions.
  
• Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buyin to recommended solutions.
  
• Oversee the design and implementation of Supply Chain solutions and process by leveraging Accentures implementation methodology.
  
• Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients
  
• Build and apply technical industry organization and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
  
• Manage medium to large sized Kinaxis Business Solution teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Serve as the chief planner/architect for Kinaxis delivery initiative
  
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
  
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Kinaxis Solutions or implementing related supply chain planning business solutions
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree must have equivalent (minimum 6year work experience)
  

• Evidence of leading Kinaxis solutions as a product owner technical client service lead or lead solution consultant
  
• Advance knowledge/Expertise for Kinaxis solutions: such as Supply Planning Forecasting and Demand Planning Supply Planning Capacity Planning Attribute Based Planning Sales & Operations Planning and S&OE / Control Tower
  
• Senior Level Expertise in functional integration (ongoing closed loop) to major ERP
  
• Advanced Understanding of Kinaxis Data Models
  
• Proven ability to build manage and foster a teamoriented environment
  
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment
  
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent leadership and management skills
