Job Title: Delivery Lead Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the successful delivery of technology initiatives within the financial services sector. This is a remote position with an initial 6month contract offering the potential for an extension or fulltime hire based on performance.

Job Summary:
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing endtoend delivery of critical technology projects ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership project management skills and a deep understanding of the financial services industry IT infrastructure and software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology projects on time within budget and according to agreed scope.
• Develop maintain and monitor comprehensive project plans timelines and resource allocations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope deliverables and business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards organizational methodologies and compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies providing solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders fostering clear communication and expectation management.
• Promote and drive the adoption of agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Regularly track and report on project progress providing updates to senior management and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 57 years of IT project management experience with a proven track record of leading technology projects in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) agile methodologies and IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA MS Project or similar.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (PMP Agile) preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management within financial institutions is a plus.
