Drupal Lead

Job Title: Drupal Lead (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and implementation of Drupalbased websites and applications.
• Architect scalable and secure Drupal solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Oversee migration from older versions of Drupal to Drupal 9/10.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Guide team members through technical challenges and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Manage project timelines resource allocation and client communication.
• Implement custom modules and leverage contributed modules to meet business requirements.
• Ensure best practices in coding security performance and accessibility.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including UX/UI designers content strategists and DevOps engineers.
• Perform code reviews troubleshooting and performance optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Drupal development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Drupal 8/9/10 including custom module development theming and extending existing modules.
• Strong experience with PHP JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and MySQL.
• Handson experience with Drupal migration strategies (Drupal 7 to Drupal 8/9).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Deep understanding of web development best practices including security performance and SEO optimization.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Drupal certification (Acquia Certified Developer) is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
